It all depends on what you mean by normal.

A common use of the word is "something that many people do, think use, etc.) that's a pretty "normal" definition, but it probably isn't a very relevant one to the "disease or disorder, or not a disease or disorder" distinction.

As animals you could argue, as you are, that we are designed to breed- but really, we aren't any more.

Really we still are. But as part of a technological society we aren't limited to our natural design, and in many ways that's a good thing. BTW just to make it clear, I find the fact that we can use contraceptives to be one of those good things.
