Lots of unexercised outstanding puts out there in Off Balance Sheet land, which is believed to be populated by some 7000 SIVs

Sort of like 7000 bastard children, all of whom are looking to move back in with Dad (the bank), except Dad never told Mom (the shareholders) about the little fellas in the first place
