Guys on the Agaracom thread are asking about the 15 million share dilution (That ARU didn't need) to which any existing shareholders get zero benefit and K gets it all back.

Dilution is bascily not much and K already has Politicial stuff in Russia

ARU just got diluted 15 mil shares for nothing cause they don't need money for a buy-out
