Saw that on kitco today, never followed Minco due to an ignorance of chinese political risk, leading to trepidation in re same ... don't know more than the outline of the Sterling story either, it had ramped way up before i tuned in, never got around to sussing out details, beyond hearing anecdotes of LaMotte ... down to .95 recently, tsk tsk ... one interesting thing with Minco is its parent co, mmm.to, has a major NAV yet never seems to get it reflected in its market cap, people question the intent, or don't see the exit strategy, or something .... but this means they'll get the Sunshine rolling properly, good for the Silver Valley, just hope they don't poach labour from usa.v, who have had an uphill battle finding and training talent ... that's what happens when an industry shuts down for years, nobody knows how to do the hands-on stuff anymore
