Lol, very few days ago you two were absolutely giddy over the prospects of a coal play that had already run up by more than a hundred times, making the thread impossible to catch up with, from sheer volume ... nothing like going whole-hog one way or the other, eh, pure black or white, no shades of grey ... really there's always an end to momo, no matter which way it's been going, one of the very few guaranteed things in life is, 'This too shall pass'

Kinross has almost certainly kickstarted a competitive bidding process for Aurelian, and the list of possible buyers won't be limited to Barrick and Newmont either imho ... the politics will sort itself out more or less acceptably, but political risk will never completely go away in that place, any more than it would in any other, there's always something hanging over your head everywhere [how's that for a shade of grey] ... meantime dmm.to gets overlooked, actually quite a good value, likely a target itself

qgx.to - they're getting taken out too, didn't see that discussed ... so there is m&a action, it's just that we don't like the prices, so we win some, we lose some, and every day we're closer to significant revaluation of precious metals, things could be worse
