Mish, appreciate that message. It's the one I was waiting for.

The evaporation of trillions of dollars, the downward economic spiral and accompanying demand destruction make the hard landing inevitable, or so it seems. It's good to see suspicions confirmed by knowledgeable sources, who predicted the whole sorry mess long ago.

Very few have been prepared to tell it like it is. Thanks.

Jim

Mish, what do you see in store for gold/silver, with deflation coming? Thanks.

Mish, we spent 6 weeks traveling around New Zealand a couple of years ago. Most things were not too far out of line with USA prices at that time except home prices. All around the country I would look at the posters in the real estate offices advertising homes for sale. They were waaaaaay higher than comparable property in the USA - even compared to Naples, FL.

So, they have to be suffering from a real estate bubble and all that goes with that problem.

Best to all,

JRH
