But nothing has changed that would alter the supply and demand picture, so no, I doubt he would back off his support for OCS drilling at this point. Frankly I think 'in his heart' he is against OCS drilling. He just saw a political opportunity. As he did with immigration, not supporting his own bill. And his shift on the Christian right. All substantive yes/no issues where he flipped 100%, not just shifted a nuance. Looks to me like he will change just about any position to get elected.
