As I read you post, What you call the modern interpretation of Thermodynamics and the Kinetic Theory of Heat is wrong. That is basically where the falsification comes from. It is simply an incorrect way or attempt to interpret the laws of thermodynamics. You can call it transferring cold, but it is simply the removal of the effect of a fluid mass delaying the thermodynamic cooling by radiation. One can place a reflective sheet between a hot and cold object and then the thermodynamic heat flow is reduced. The foil is not heating or cooling.
