I'll just point out that Dick Cheney never said anything that the Clinton administration didn't say back in 1998.

Is it not obvious to you that clinton rejected war with iraq as proposed by PNAC, with the same members as ended up in the bush administration, long before 9/11?

But the available evidence shows that after Clinton had the various al Qaeda bases hit with cruise missiles, Saddam changed direction.

So this is sort of like invading Israel because they bombed the King David hotel...
