My point is clear 2500 rent should be on a 700000 place 1600 to 1800 for 500000.
Empty houses and condos everywhere now.

Possibly she was off in her earlier assessment and a little more accurate now. (But I think the median for rent would be lower than $3400..)

I suppose my point wasn't clear... Lizzie was suggesting the rent for a price point of 700k. I suggested that 700k will now get you more house than the standard 1200 square foot 3 bedroom 2 bath home and hence will fetch more than 2,500 but less than 3,400.
