Contrary to my earlier thought I no longer consider buying crox (other than for pure technical trades)

looking at the balance sheets of crocs and another broken company, heelys shows that crocs may have some cleanup necessary leaving it with little tangible equity.

heelys balance sheet is pretty clean with little inventory, no debt and a lot of cash. Without business prospects heelys dropped nearly to cash level.

crocs balance sheet is somewhat messy with a lot of inventory, receivables build up and cash which wont cover its debt. Not a pretty sight.
