Pa. teens charged in fatal beating of immigrant

If I lead you to believe that racial prejudice is dead in the northern states, my apologies. What I do believe is that attitudes towards minorities are probably slightly more equitable than in the southern states. That doesn't change the fact that in certain parts of PA illegals are very much disparaged.........primarily for economic reasons.
