Just because you don't understand what that weapon system is capable of, doesn't mean that Saddam didn't either. You do realize that Saddam was still being belligerent as hell even on the day Iraq was attacked? Saddam was a freaking idiot when it came to war and everyone agrees about that. He could still be in power today if he had simply allowed the weapons inspectors in unless he actually had WMD.
