trx.v - just today got the bumpf for the special meeting 8 august, page 9 the header is THE TRANSACTIONS, then it runs on and on with terms and conditions and covenants to page 23, real scarey stuff, made my brain hurt in about four minutes, and it all seems to slant in Goldcorp's favour, except for the forty millions to Terrane, which is something and gets them started i guess, plus there is the Converted Interest which leaves trx cleaner and simpler without that preferred share business hanging over it ... but, turns out it's all fine and dandy, page 40 Paradigm Capital Inc says it's fair, so that's good, i just don't wanna read one of these every day, don't know anybody who does ... maybe it's seen as complex, possibly iffy as well, though it looks pretty locked up to me, maybe others wonder, and when it's a done deal that uncertainty will be removed ... such is life in a development play, it's a process of making solid and sure all the nebulous quandaries that come with making a mine, one step at a time ... might seem like hell at the time, but it's far better than holding an operating mine after paying full operational premium for the share

The whole sector is whacked, don't worry about Terrane, Tom and i were buying Gold-Ore in the low .50s today, that's insane, they have an operating mill in a near fully-developed mine with huge potential in a stable country, they're pros and quite methodical [read 'slow'], so are unlikely to botch the project in major ways ... meantime the best zinc project on the planet, which is also one of the finer silver projects around, is steadily advancing to full fease and also driving a decline into the orebody so that's ready for production early, and it's trading at about a quarter of what it was a year ago, which was not all that much really imho, all things considered, and i didn't even have a bid in, forgot about it, lows have become the norm
