I'm tempted to send it to some folks in yield. Please do. I spent 25+ years on the inside at Intel dealing every day with test/testability issues, simulations, fault models, yield analysis etc. I developed the test capability for a member of the X86 processor line, multiple chipsets, the newly announced Tolapai and I have absolutely no idea whatsoever what he's talking about. I wonder if he has a link to a random gibberish generator or if he developed the software himself? The saddest thing is I think he's the only one here who doesn't realize he doesn't know what he's talking about.
