Let's also not forget that NOK cost QCOM a good chunk of change in legal fees. A good portion of the upfront fee is payback for the legals fees that should have never been spent in the first place if Q were dealing with an ethical company. I'm glad to see Q and NOK kiss and makeup, but all Q shareholders suffered two long years and the stock is a point or two higher than it was in mid-2006. I can forgive, but will never forget the crap NOK put QCOM through.
