Anyway, it all depends on what your definition of "real programming" is. I can imagine some four-year-old "programming" in LOGO with the help of his or her parents.

Okay, Z, you have to understand things from a rightie's perspective. They have a lot invested in the notion that they are smarter than liberals. Yes, we know the truth but they don't.

Secondly, let's face it......if your parents hadn't bought you that computer you wouldn't have had anything to program. Duh! Can't do a lot of programming without a computer. And, of course, had you not had the programming books, you would have had nothing to read to help you do the programming.

Bottom line: your ability to program at 2 was nothing; it was handed over to you on a silver platter by your folks. In fact, you're a spoiled brat! They deserve all the credit, not you and your intelligence. Fixed.
