Maybe investors are still worried about the new mining rules. They are taking the risk buying ARU, if the new rules screw the companies.

no idea----, but I'll give it a go--
The initial move on an aquirers stock is usually down.
I believe that Glamis's initial reaction to aquiring WTZ was down, but the sellers were dead wrong.
Plus all of the nonsensical propoganda about the evil Correa trying to steal FDN seems to have as many believers as the WMD stories about Iraq.
