I'm trying to tell TJ that countries must find their own way and not ride coat tails of others. In one word: Decouple. Countries must not pay attention on what the US problem is but create their own way ahead.

See China: they should had long ago turned growth inward, jacked up the RMB and stop relying on exporting cheaper goods. The Chinese administration did not take the US advice to do so.

They thought it would be kow tow to the US bureaucracy and stubbornly continued to be cheaper goods producers. Just to show the population they were going their own way! Which is not at all clever. Because the suppliers of food, energy and materials are skinning the Chinese alive with prices increases.

China is behaving like a minnow.
