Err no, you have to produce your original scale DD plot from which you are extrapolating otherwise it's just a fantasy.

it likely is below 0.10 by now.

Not in the real world.

AMD's ideal long-term targets for 45nm down to 22nm is 0.3 which is a DD that's a little above world class but realistic.

A faulty assumption. The July Tech day gave a DD graph (slide no. 23) to the end of Q2/07 and that's the same time reference which DD <0.5 was given (slide no. 21). Given that and even in the best light in which the DD scale is seen as absolute (i.e. starting from 0) DD is no better than <0.35 now and worse if the graph doesn't start from 0.
