Yes problem is that the majority of shares represented are held by parties that might accept this deal.

In my opinion AUR-X shareholders should get 1 share of Kinloss, not a paltry fraction of a share. No silly out of the money warrant. If I wanted to invest in K.WT I would have done so but its been a loser for many many years and I want my money NOW not IF Kinloss goes up later as Claude suggests it will along with all the other BS in this industry that never happens for the little guy.
