--How do you figure they got "screwed?" They only got "screwed" if the CHOSE to follow the recommendation. Nobody was holding a gun to their heads. seabiscuit responded: <<Duh! I only know that while I subscribed, I certainly did not do so with the intention of doing everything he recommended in lockstep! I just wanted to read the information, and combine it with everything else I was reading and learning from other sources, and make my own financial decisions. For example, he recommended lots of mutual funds that I never bought.
