Watched Obama speaking in England at Downney.

It appeared that he was either using a teleprompter or wired for what to say.

His head neck must be exhausted from constantly turning right and left-----the clue to this being unnatural insertions of pauses as he inserts er's and and's and uh's/s to allow him to either read or listen.

If neither of these------then this is a speaking habit.
