It was just an excuse to post the picture.

Why not post funny pictures of heterosexual people in costume? My husband has a friend who went nude (save for body paint) to the erotic exotic ball in SF- I wouldn't expect anyone to hire HIM in that costume, but chances are he wouldn't show up in it at a job interview.

OK, he appears at your place of business and applies for a job dressed in a business suit. Then you hire him. Or not.

My most successful hires have been people who walked through the door seeking employment. One of them stayed with me for fifteen years.
