My issue was more with the statement, which was leading and deceptive.

It would amaze me if they were to win, but who knows these days... it seems McD's would have a legitimate claim that the jihab is not part of the uniform and poses a danger.

Fromt the webpage for employees:

I will certainly say that seeking 10 million in damages because McDonalds wouldn't hire you is nutty. The amount is nowhere close to being commensurate with the claimed harm.
