Rhonda and Marc have both fed ALOT of people ALOT of lies over the years, both via the telephone and via e-mail.....I wonder what each is thinking right now as they are embroiled with internal lawsuits as well as shareholder suits...How many of the many lies will be brought out in to the open and how do Marc and Rhonda plan to squirm out of these? IMO, they are crooks and liars who used deception to line their own pockets while fleecing shareholders. I hope they are held accountable and that CRIMINAL charges are filed. These lawsuits will accomplish nothing except to maybe see them leave the company...but they will leave with ALOT of money....IMO, Criminal Charges should be filed as that is really the only way they will properly pay and be held accountable in an acceptable way.....Too many penny stocks get away with the very thing ACII has been getting away with for years..It is time for CRIMINAL action to be taken against these penny stock crooks. Losing ALL of your money and getting jail time would be a great deterent to stop scammers like these...as it is, they know they can do as they please and at the most the SEC will slap them on the wrist and then say "go and enjoy your millions you fleeced".....All in my opinion of course....back to lurking I go....

<<I have kept silent, as I said I would. I haven't looked at the boards much, but have looked. I have read the company 10QSB rather thoroughly. They haven't even paid the lawn people. They owe for the Toyoda. I thought there was a line of credit for equipment so there would no longer be dilution for such? What happened to this?
I see a lot of extremely angry investors. Rhonda, I know you read these boards. You and Marc are "joined at the hip" so they say. Marc and you have failed miserably at running this company. Rhonda it is time for you and Marc to hand control of the company over to Ed Rutkowski and Tom Schwanitz. Current people in management of ACII have poor track records. None of the companies they have run have gotten out of penny stock land. Rhonda you told me in a phone conversation you have a checkered past, but this is going to be the time you turn things around. ACII will be a successful company. YOU HAVE FAILED. It's time for you to get together with Marc and graciously admit you 2 cannot run a company. As I have said, I see a lot of extremely angry investors. If you let this fiasco go on, it is only going to get worse. I would not want that many people angry with me. There is nothing wrong with getting out now. If you stay in until you and Marc and others in management bring this down, it will reflect a lot worse on you in the future. Give somebody else a chance. See if Ed and Tom can bring this around. Save face while you still can. You cannot sell a whole lot of shares now as this stock is considered toxic on every board. Even long time pumpers are no longer pumping. You have diluted the stock down to sub-penny. Get out now while the getting is still good.
All my opinion,
Shane>>

well said rhoshariasha, the thing I don't understand when it comes to Rhonda, Walther and everyone else who still owns a ton of company shares, why on earth would they not willing give the reigns to others who could make a go of it. Unless ofcourse they have always known that LACC has a fatal flaw that they know will never work commercially.
Another words, Rhonda, Walther and all insiders have more than enough shares to feel good about seeing Americhip's business model come to fruition and yet they'd rather sue each other to retain control.
The remaining management that has yet to be dragged thru the mud are Ullom, Pacquette and Rehfeld. Rehfeld in particular, still involved thru all this is puzzling.
Why wouldn't he have been the first to leave gives me the hunch that LACC is already producing. I'm out, due to reasons of peace of mind, but will watch going forward. this last 10Q showed O/S going up and revenue cut in half.
nuff said.

PS that unpaid lawn bill is something out of Monty Python.
