I have a few businesses and i use excellent accounts and tax lawyers. I have listened over the years to every tax avoidence and tax dodge scheme that has come down the pike and say no thank you.
Two years later i read stories about the people who did employ thses stratergies and they are paying their taxes along with heavy fines and suspended sentences.
Gee why can my experts not figure out a way so i and my businesses do not have to pay taxes? They must be stupid!-g- When you get caught enjoy your stay at club fed. I agree not everyone is a simpleton but every tax cheat who thinks they have a system to beat the system IS!

The great Zeus sees all, knows all, and probably pays lots of taxes.

Not everyone is a simpleton. Some of us actually take the time to understand how taxes work and actually structure our finances to avoid them. I know of at least 2-3 other people here who are doing what I do with stock trading profits.

So you are saying if you went into Turbotax for example to do your taxes, even with the fancy version you would not find these "loopholes"?
