Sounds like a variation on my plan to lower gas consumption. Just make them trade them in for efficient cars and you have a winner. Exactly. And for the latest on climate change........the space heater by my desk which I never put away this year is back on. Its freezing here.....and its supposed to get colder with the high tomorrow estimated to be only 60º with a low maybe in the high 40s. Hiking trails on Mt. Rainier are still not open because of all the snow from last winter. Next we'll be having snow in July just like Sydney.
