Not sure on those questions regarding this tax issue. I do my own taxes but I checked my information with a friend who is a former IRS field agent and he felt I was in the clear to sell my positions this year with no liability. My income this year is vastly different due to my early retirement, I am just starting to reposition and think about things differently. MP
