You're probably right.... among those who might have the mental wherewithall to grasp some of this, not a large enough segment of that group is following the play down on the field close enough to realize that the Treasury is bogged down on their own 20, there's only a few seconds left on the clock and the Fed is about to run out of downs -- I'm just not sure if there's another Hail Mary coming or if that Bailout Bill was already it
