Something odd about MTH....I was at a movie yesterday (The Dark Knight, I give it 4 1/2 tequila shots), and they flashed an add for townhomes built by MTH on the screen. What caught my eye was that they claimed $500 "Moves you in". I thought down payments now were 10% for all but FHA/VA, perhaps they are the originator? Furthermore, this was clearly a townhome, not "Build-to-order" like they say they do in the press release. I meant to short them today, but prolly wouldn't have been able to score a borrow anyway.....

I see they burned through a quarter of the cash they raised on their secondary this quarter.....
