"so you would rather have it in the gov pocket then your pocket?" I'd rather they not run such a high deficit. But, Republicans love deficits. So here we are. With US bond being such a bad investment because of the value of the dollar, it is going to be tougher to sell them. Which means to cover the deficit, we will need to run the presses. Which means inflation. Depending on how much they have to do it, it could mean extremely high inflation. Worse than last time.
