Then maybe they should recall those core 2 parts with the extended errata lists, eh?

Why is it that some guys just freak out when you point out that AMD has technology that Intel does not have? Intel's FSB architecture combined with their being capable of putting only two cores on a die is such that they're restricted in the number of configurations they can make.

Jay, it's not the end of the world for Intel! They're still making tons of money while AMD loses tones of money.

The fact remains that AMD's platform is more flexible and sophisticated than Intel's. It lets AMD do a few things that Intel just cannot do. It lets AMD into some segments that Intel cannot supply.

Deal with it. Life goes on.
