Keitel's "Upfront Payment" ...

quartersawyer.

<< CS's $430 million does not qualify under Keitel's "very substantial upfront payment, much more than was owed for the past" >>

Bill has qualified little yet, and I certainly do not blame him for that under the circumstances.

Do you care to venture a guesstimate as to the size of the ""very substantial upfront payment, much more than was owed for the past," what it consists of, and how and when it will be applied?

I do not. I will however, take anything we can get. As Jim Kelleher stated (and realizing he isn't referring to the "upfront payment" ...

"... cash-rich Nokia can pay it; and cash-rich Qualcomm, which was not hurting without it, will benefit from it."

Cheers,
