You always take me so seriously. You just don't see my kind of humor, I guess. That's OK. Most people don't. I'm an expert at blowing the punch line in jokes that I tell. It's a family trait. Of course, everybody abhors murder, 'honor' killing, 'prolife' killing, plain old murder -- all kinds. The joke is the unexpected, see? Not whether the object is objectionable because it was meant to be, but that the object was not the expected one, given that the conversation was about Muslim 'honor' killings. I'm making a concerted effort to getting more out of life and quit being such a negative curmudgeon, mainly on appeal from my spouse. It's more fun, more enjoyable, to surprise people than to give them the expected. I laugh more when I do it -- that's my intent. I don't agree with most people over here, but I find them to be intelligent and interesting.
