I have no idea. I'd imagine, with all the foreclosures all over, that rents were going down.

In my part of Florida they are going down, too much inventory.

Between the failed condo conversions, new apartment construction and empty new homes and condos, rents are way down. Many are offering anywhere from 2 to 4 mos free rents and no deposit. This is in SW Florida. MP
