So... you are with me on this... and you are saying that it's high time that we ratified the Law of the Sea treaty (we signed it long ago, but no President has yet sent it to the Senate for ratification...), that Bush should GET OFF HIS DUFF on this so we can start taking advantage of our superior technology in resource extraction (deep sea mining, ocean oil exploitation, etc.) before the Treaty's other signatories (Russia, China, France, Brazil, etc., etc., etc.) start grabbing the best undersea areas for themselves!
