I intend to have a great time, with my oldest friend. We shared adjacent lookouts in 1962, and we could both see the one I put in the picture, called Grave Peak. It was 700 feet higher than mine and 400 feet higher than Bill's, which was why it has not been used for decades. Too high, head in the clouds all the time.

If you've heard of "A River Runs Through It" there is a novella in that collection called "The Ranger, The Cook, and a Hole in the Sky." An episode in that story took place on Grave Peak. This is the real deal, not the stand-in that they used in the Sam Elliot movie of the same name. imdb.com
