Dan was actually thinking about a cripple core version of Kentsdale or Wolfsdale, i.e. the current Core 2 Quad. That's why he was talking about "mixing a single core and a dual core on one bus."

All this just to fit his view that AMD's yields are just fine, that Phenoms were crippled on purpose for "market segmentation."
