I think it's time for the infamous "perp walk" like the big boys from Enron.
I'll buy 100,000 shares to own the video of those guilty of this con walking in handcuffs, bowing their heads as they get into the patrol car.
enough is enough with this. Lessons learned, ...no one to blame but my own ignorance but in a nation governed by laws with some agency named "SEC", you would think highway robbery was a thing of the past.
PERP WALK!

I suspect that "lie" is probably a little too strong of term from a legal perspective. I'm sure she chose her words carefully and "technically" was telling the truth. Perhaps she said that she never took a salary which might be factual. Perhaps she received handsome compensation but didn't receive a salary.

Careful selection of words and ambiguous press releases are tools that enable penny stock scams to avoid legal consequences. I'm not saying that this is one of those scams but, in general, parsing words is an art perfected by penny stock artists that permit them to continue to flourish. As long as investors continue to throw their funds at these companies in an effort to "double down" to recapture a hopelessly lost investment, penny artists will survive and thrive. It's a lucrative business for those so inclined.

It usually only takes one tuition payment for most to learn their lesson and recognize these companies and the "style" of those who initially tout them. On the other hand, "artists" count on the fact that many won't learn and will be in line again for the next variation of the same..... "Rinse and repeat" <G>

T'was always thus .....
