WASHINGTON - U.S. officials say the Justice Department has indicted Alaska Senator Ted Stevens on charges related to a long-running investigation of business dealings in Alaska. Stevens, who has served in the U.S. Senate for 40 years, is up for re-election this year, and Democrats view his seat as one of their top pick-up opportunities.

It is absolutely absurd that Pelosi stated that she had her plan which remains secret. Why do you think she lied? Do you support her lies, I know you like her and she leads your democratic party. It is ridiculous to suggest that any single politician, including the President, is able to lower gas prices significantly for any significant length of time.

In 2006 when gas was $2.91 Pelosi was "mad" and said that the democrats had a plan to bring prices down. They lied and the prices rose like no tomorrow...remember their lies, as they should NEVER be rewarded for lying. It only gives US bad government. Stop supporting liars and thieves.
