Which is why Karl Rove refuses to testify. All the Bushies have this problem, admit to crimes or make false statements.

Stevens, 84, has been dogged by a federal investigation into whether he pushed for fishing legislation that also benefited his son, an Alaska lobbyist.

There will be one more Dem senator next year. His opponent was ahead even before this indictment.
