I think you could just as easily make the case that he sold too late. $1.70 would have been better than whatever he was able to get. I can't blame anybody for throwing in the towel at this point, however inadvisable I may believe it to be. It is discouraging to the extreme to watch these shares get pounded day in and day out, even after the spot price has started to uptick, even though it is clear (to me, anyway) that investors were correct on fundamentals but wrong in the belief that fundamentals would provide some kind of floor under the stocks. On top of all of that, we now have the regulatory agencies basically acknowledging that the game is rigged against individual investors. I am ready to jump out the window myself. As I am located on the first floor, even doing that wouldn't make much of an impact, so to speak.
