I thinks it's a political loser for the (D)'s to oppose drilling with gas prices this high. Nancy Pelosi is from CA, where it's a plus for HER, but not most (D)'s. As with gun control, it's a position that most of the public disagrees with them on. It just gives the (R)'s a wedge issue to pound them with. I like Pelosi, but Reed should be sent back to the bench. The (D)'s need a new Senate majority leader.
