Midwest_Investor ask:

"So, joe, do you have proof that Bob complained about 101 as you claim in your example, or are you just speculating again?"

I based it on things that were said by the moderators at 101. In the first incident Bob Brinker complained about a post from Jack Swanson that talked about Brinker's undisclosed relationship with UTEK. Brinker demanded that the post be deleted or he would terminate the link to Suite101 from his website. The moderator told Brinker he was free to respond to Swanson's accusations but refused to delete the post. Brinker followed through with his threat and removed the link from BobBrinker.com to Suite101. I also mentioned that Brinker was responsible for shutting down the discussion of him at Fundalarm. Proof of this can be seen in this note from the moderator:

.
"Bob Brinker has expressed concern about the summaries of his advice (and newsletter) that have appeared on FundAlarm, as well as links from the Board to various other sites that report his advice basically, some or all of these posts may violate the copyright on his material.
.
In accordance with Bob's request, I have agreed not to allow summaries of his advice to appear on this Board, and I've also agreed to prevent links to other sites that may make unauthorized use of his material.
.
Therefore, I will shortly delete this thread and, to be safe, I'm asking that that all Bob Brinker-related posts be avoided in the future.
