If he's like any civil defense attorney....they just argue non stop hoping they hit on something the judge will find as favorable to their argument. Since they get paid for either winning and losing...their effectiveness in thinking usually doesn't come into play. It's almost comical to watch them in action. They also can't care who loses what for thier efforts. Families can be destroyed as long as they win. They remind me of a pit bull fighting over vomit. TH
