It's amazing that politicians can't stand up to even the gay lobby which as a percent of all of us is pretty damn minuscule. In the early days I knew a man who ended up dying from AIDS that was a hemophiliac. That type of transmission is about unheard of at this stage. It's a totally preventable disease with proper behaviour and notification. The notification thing we just can't seem to accomplish because of their rights. Well if my dentist has AIDS I have a damn right to know that.

I don't at this stage however.

BEWARE OF WHO SHARES A ROOM IN A MEDICAL SETTING WITH YOUR LOVED ONES

I have mixed emotions about UC Davis Hospital. On the one hand the surgeon there did save my daughter's life after severe complications from abdominal surgery in another hospital.

On the other hand, after she got out of six weeks in intensive care they put her in a room and the next day moved in a woman who was throwing up from some infectious disease.

The hospital was also not all that clean, in my opinion. At least judging from the men's room. I've been in hospitals where they disinfect every surface in the room between patients, but there was none of that here.
