I have a top-secret all electric vehicle prototype ready to build in my shed. It will be a tiny little low speed around town vehicle.

Great for parking because the wheels will turn in any direction and it'll be so short that angle parking on standard roads will be suitable without blocking the road. Other cars will have to park somewhere else. A bit like there is motorcycle parking allocated in cities = many can fit into small spaces.

No moving parts other than the wheels. The wheels will have a couple of motors in each one, all electronically controlled, with regenerative braking and individual control.

With GPS/gpsOne navigation it will self-drive to destinations. With sensors to detect things in front, on the road, things around, and behind, it will be an intelligent car which doesn't get distracted by beautiful scenery walking nearby. If the car in front, one metre away, starts to stop, it will maintain distance. Just give it the destination, then have a nap while it zips to the place and parks. Or rant in cyberspace, or read.

It wouldn't have a steering wheel or brake pedal. Just a joystick. Maybe two so the passenger could drive for a while.
