I don't think anyone should be shorting them either. I think this would be a higher risk, considering the effort to prop them up. The government thought really hard about this right?

I hope that last sentence is sarcasm. If not, you won't last around here very long.

Even if you are not a perma-bear, there is no way in hell you could think the government has thought hard about ANYTHING this year.
