Yikes! 140%! And the "have we hit bottom in the RE market" talk is escalating. I know, at least in New England, we seem to be following the curve and probably have another six months of a good bleed to go. There are loads of homes in my area on the market, but the prices haven't budged too much....yet.

And about my post to Mrs. Drive-- I don't read for language (as they say in the literary world), just got tired of the paint-peeling blue streaks. And now I'm a "troll" for posting. LOL! When did this thread become a closed club?
